This episode of ESIBytes features Karl Schieneman, President and Owner of Review Less, as he discusses project management in electronic discovery with Michelle Mahoney, Director of Applied Legal Technology with Mallesons Stephen Jacque, an Australian law firm and Peggy Stulberg, Director of Litigation Technology with Bingham McCutchen, LLP. The presentation will address the following challenges of project management: start up, potential dangers, assessment of success, and how the many moving pieces on a project work with each other. Regardless of the size of a project, the tools that can be used are similar. Having recently submitted an updated chapter on project management for PBI, E-Discovery, Karl will be contributing to this discussion as well. It is always an interesting show when the host is also a participant.
